Job Description Program & Operations Management – Oversee daily OSHC operations, plan engaging programs, and ensure compliance with national frameworks and regulations Leadership & Team Support – Lead, mentor, and manage OSHC Educators while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture Child Safety & Well-being – Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children, implementing behaviour management and emergency protocols Family & Community Engagement – Build strong relationships with parents, schools, and the wider community through communication and involvement initiatives Compliance & Quality Improvement – Maintain regulatory compliance, oversee training, and drive continuous program improvement
